There are three factors that are useful in determining the size and quality of your ThinTwin. 

Acceptable Image Formats

• File format– your file must be submitted in a format that we can process (.jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, or .tiff) with jpeg being the preferred format
• Resolution – your file must be a minimum of 3 megapixels or 2048 x 1536 resolution with a further requirement of 300dpi for images larger than 48".
• Subject framing – the more space that your subject takes up in the photo, the better.
