How do you ship?

We ship all orders via UPS. For your convenience we offer a variety of shipping options: Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day and Next Day.

What's our Return Policy?

As a policy, we never return a ThinTwin, since they’re yours not ours. But if you need to return one, just know that we stand 100% behind our work. If your ThinTwin is different than the image you uploaded or if there is a material defect in the printing, simply return it in original condition within 30 days and we’ll replace it.

How do I return my ThinTwin?

If you need to return your ThinTwin, call our customer service department for a Return Item Processing number. Without an RIP #, your ThinTwin won’t be able to RIP. Then, place your ThinTwin in its original container and ship it to us. It’s always recommended that you use a reliable shipping company with a tracking number so you’ll know when it reaches us.
